Newer firmware versions are periodically released. Software patches are
periodically made available and software itself is regularly released with new
version numbers.  This ongoing development is tracked by a matrix. A version
of the matrix is shipped with STORtools.
 
This matrix allows the STORtools product to accurately report software
and firmware versions requiring updating (down revved state). This patch updates
your matrix to the current level.
