Problem Description:

4406660 s8u4_06, figgs, New and updated message strings
	Diffs from SUNW0s found new strings that needs to be sent to vendors.
 
4407100 figgs/Install/Illegal country name "Republic of China / Taiwan"
	The Geo for Taiwan, should not be labeled "Republic of China / Taiwan",
	it should be just Taiwan.
