4384181 Linking from SMC context help to Javahelp set at specific ID doesn't work
        NOTE: 4384181 is only fixed for Java 1.3

The following example removes a patch from a standalone system:

To get the complete fix for bug 4354567 (Better user feedback 
when loading Toolbox) we recommend the installation of 
111270-02 (or newer).
