Problem Description:

4519218 netcon_server dies while in JTAG if /etc/.syslog_door has wrong permits

Patch Installation Instructions:

Refer to the Install.info file within the patch for instructions on
using the generic 'installpatch' and 'backoutpatch' scripts provided
with each patch. Any other special or non-generic installation
instructions should be described below.

Special Install Instructions:
-----------------------------
1. Exit all netcon sessions.
2. Kill all netcon_server processes.
3. Install this patch.
4. Restart the netcon_server processes.  Use "domain_switch" to set 
   SUNW_HOSTNAME to the target domain, then run "netcon_server -r".
   Repeat this for each domain.
5. Restart netcon sessions.
