Problem Description:

4731988 dhcpmgr has hard-coded mnemonics

4643257 dhcpmgr needs to be fixed for section 508 accessibility conformance
4673713 Deleting the last macro option from the list raises array bounds exception
4687991 Some dhcpmgr dialog buttons are incorrectly enabled and selectable
