Problem Description:

Remove CP1500 OBP patch dependency to support Othello plus platform

4781571 MonteCarlo/Tonga Alarm Card Full HotSwap support is needed for Solaris 9

4748914 montecarlo platform requires S9 support

using 'patchadd' and 'patchrm' scripts provided with Solaris.

The ttymux functionality requires proper OBP installed in CP1500
or Othello Plus platform. 
OBP patch for CP1500 (SUNW,UltraSPARC-IIi-Netract) is 113534.
Please make sure the latest revision of 113534 is installed
before this patch installation.
