Problem Description:

5065599 mand changes for E25K I2 Network shows as FAILED
 
(from 115287-03)
 
4789889 mand and scman driver sometimes out-of-sync when sms restarts w/ running domains
 
(from 115287-02)
 
4783744 mand needs to support Othello+ (CP2140) boards for the scman1 network

4818455 mand needs to support the driver changes in 4742858

Patch Installation Instructions:

For Solaris 8-9 releases, refer to the man pages for instructions
on using 'patchadd' and 'patchrm' scripts provided with Solaris.
Any other special or non-generic installation instructions should be
described below as special instructions.  The following example
installs a patch to a standalone machine:
 
        example# patchadd /var/spool/patch/104945-02
 
The following example removes a patch from a standalone system:
 
        example# patchrm 104945-02

Special Install Instructions:

NOTE: To get the complete fix for 4818455 you must also patch the fix for
4742858 which is contained in 114627-03 or later (for Solaris 8 or SunOS 5.8);
and in 114628-02 (For Solaris 9 SunOS 5.9).
 
Follow these steps when installing on the SC:
1. Record which SC is the main SC.
2. Disable failover on MAIN SC (setfailover off).
3. Stop the SMS processes on both SC's simultaneously.
        /etc/init.d/sms stop
4. Install the patch on both SC's.
5. Start the SMS processes on the previous main SC first.
        /etc/init.d/sms start
6. After all the sms processes have started (i.e. you're able to run the
   showenvironment command and get all the system's status),
   start the SMS processes on the Spare SC next.
7. Enable failover on MAIN SC (setfailover on).
 
OTHELLO+ CP2140 (P/N 501-6754-01) INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

*To get the complete fix for this patch (115287-04), the following patch(es)
 must also be installed.

* To support installation of the Othello+ CP2140 controller (P/N 501-6754-01)
  onto the F12k/F15K System Controller (SC), this mand patch (115287-02)
  must be installed along with the following required patches (if not already
  present):

	114609-02 (RFE 4817832, 4888914 = SSCPOST)
	115776-01 (RFE 4834834, BugId 4797191, 4942949 = SMS flashupdate)
	115954-01 (RFE 4783769 = SMS startup)

  Note that these additional patches are NOT required for the Nordica
  CP1500 (P/N 501-5994-06).  For Nordica CP1500, mand patch 115287-02
  is "standalone" and forward- and backward-compatible, and therefore is
  "don't care" in regards to the patch numbers specified above.
