Problem Description:

4907747 The es_MX locale incorrectly shows int_curr_symbol = MXP should be MXN /ISO 4217 (reworked)
	int_frac_digits and frac_digits changed to 2. 
	decimal_point is a period and thousands_sep is a comma.
