Problem Description:

5082325 cannot set breakpoint in gui inside inline template code in a header
5085782 conditional breakpoint  inside template doesn't work correctly in Studio 9
6174727 dbx 7.3 crashes with segv whilst analyzing core
6198495 dbx gives inconsistent results on C++ 64bit stlport4 stringstreams under RTC access checking
