Problem Description:

4860744 size of segmap is too small (16m) for current x86 memory configurations
4860211 page_get_{free,cache}list() suboptimal on x86: search empty memrange bins
4818672 BA/OS/fork test hangs on LX50 - insufficient kernel vmem
