Refer to the man pages for instructions on using 'patchadd' and
'patchrm' scripts provided with Solaris.
Any other special or non-generic installation instructions should be
described below as special instructions.  The following example
installs a patch to a standalone machine:
 
       example# patchadd /var/spool/patch/104945-02
 
The following example removes a patch from a standalone system:
 
       example# patchrm 104945-02
 
Patches that contained packages have install packages on your system. 
Use the pkgrm(1m) command to remove the packages.
 
For additional examples please see the appropriate man pages.

Special Install Instructions:

This patch is used to bring SUNWjss into existence if it does not
already exist. That is the sole purpose of this patch.
 
Patch 118618-01 delivers a shared component package to the 
customer system.  If complete removal of this patch is required, the 
pkgrm(1m) command must be run on the package from the command line.
Running patchrm(1m) alone is insufficient for complete removal of this 
type patch.
