Patch 119015-03 causes non global zone installation to fail.

Recommendation:
Patch 119015-03 should be backed out before attempting to install
a non global zone.

Problem Description:

6217206 Solaris 8 & 9 / pkgrm passes shared-directory-path to class action script.
6231818 package removal is "partially failed" in non-global zone.
