Problem Description:

6182465 No image button for "Configure Load Balancing" and "Manage Certificates"
6180348 Up and down arrow button images do not appear in console
6191284 Miss two online help file for all l10n locale in Directory Server

Patch Installation Instructions:
Extract patch file patchzip-dps-5.2Patch4-fr.zip (overwrite existing
 files) to the directory where the Directory Proxy Server product
 has been installed (server root) as the user who owns
 this server root.

Troubleshooting
 
 
For ko, zh, zh_CN and zh_TW locales on Linux platforms, if the console is not
working properly, use the following work around:
 
* install jdk 1.5 rpm
* replace <install dir>/bin/base/jre directory by a link to jdk 1.5 JAVA_HOME
 
For example:
 
    cd <install dir>/bin/base
    mv jre jre_old
    ln -s /usr/java/jdk1.5.0/jre
 
 
NOTE: an issue could still remain on Linux RH7.2 due to bug 6366381: [zh_CN] Many S. Chinese characters are displayed as squares in Redhat Linux 7.2
