Problem Description:

6362641 tar does not store ACLs in a suitable format
6407635 acl_fromtext() should look for numeric uid/gid first

4426407 aclfromtext does not accept group and user numbers, only names
6332352 acltotext(3SEC) can overwrite the acl pointer it returns
6341429 aclfromtext(3SEC) can return pointer containing multiple entries with same uid and/or gid

4701712 acltotext() causes a SEGV due to its internal buffer being too small
