Problem Description:

6303563 HTTP proxy authentication for Net Connect shared shell is currently not supported.
        Proxy authentication parameters like username and password can now be configured 
        through client.properties file. When HTTP handshake with tunnel server fails, 
        the failure will be notified to the user instead of trying to establish a direct 
        connection. Supports both HTTP 1.0 and 1.1 implementations of proxy servers.
