Problem Description:

6338552 (rework) S9 perl 5.005_03's CGI.pm and Safe.pm modules need updating due 
        to security issues 
 
        NOTE: This patch revision delivers a missing binary update for the file
              /usr/perl5/5.00503/CGI.pm.  No new source code was added to the 
              binaries in this revision. Original bugid (6338552) still applies.
