Problem Description:

6495465 T123844-01 does not fix the issue raised in CR#6331284
        (Note: Bugfix is delivered thru scripts postpatch, postbackout.)

6331284 SKfp and SK98sol preremove/postremove script are not jumpstart and live upgrade compliant.
