Select a tab

• Alt+V+C to select the Contents tab
• Alt+V+I to select the Index tab
• Alt+V+S to select the Search tab

Move from one tab to another

• Shift +Tab until you reach the label of the current tab
• Right arrow key to move to the tab immediately to the right, left arrow key to move left or wrap around

Move to the HTML page in the contents pane

F6 moves you back and forth between the navigation pane and the HTML topic currently displayed

Navigate within the Contents tab

• From the Contents label, Tab to select the root heading
• Right arrow key to expand the root heading
• Up/down arrow keys to move from one heading to another
• Left/right arrow keys to expand or collapse a heading
• Ctrl+ left/right arrow key to scroll horizontally left or right

Navigate within the Index tab

• Tab to move from field to field, for example, from the text-entry field to the list of topics
• Up/down arrow keys to scroll the list of topics
• Enter to display the selected topic
• Right/left arrow keys to scroll horizontally
• Home/End keys to jump to the top/bottom of the list
• PgUp/PgDn keys to move up/down the list by a full page

Navigate within the Search tab

• Tab to move from field to field, for example, from the text-entry field to the Search button
• Alt+N to check or uncheck the Case sensitive checkbox
• Alt+L and then the down arrow key to select a help set. After making your selection, press Enter.

• For the help selection feature, you can also press Alt+up/down arrows to show/hide the entire list.

• Alt+S to begin a search for the text string you entered
• Alt+T to access the list of topics found
• Up/down arrow keys to scroll the list of topics row-by-row
• Tab to scroll the list cell-by-cell within rows, and Shift+Tab to return to the previous cell
• Home/End keys to jump to the first/last cell in a row
• Ctrl+ Home/End key to jump to the top/bottom of the list
