An error occurred when you were trying to view a topic.

Common Errors

You may have received this error message because:

  • The topic you were trying to view does not exist.
  • The link to the topic you were trying to view is broken/invalid.
  • The help viewer cannot interpret the specified topic's content.

Your Options

To continue browsing, you may want to:

  • Click the help viewer's Back button.
  • Browse for the topic in the Table of Contents pane.
  • Browse for the topic in the Index pane.
  • Use the Search pane to locate the information you want.
Note   If the Table of Contents pane, Search pane, and/or the Index pane are not currently available, you can close this window and open the online help via your application's Help menu.
